Shipping

Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground unless other arrangements are made.

Express Delivery

Express Priority is available for when you need your order fast. Feel free to contact us to discuss any special situation you might have.

Extreme Weather Shipping

There are no set, or standard, rules about shipping into, or through, extreme weather. Ask us if you have concerns. We'll be happy to discuss the options with you.

Above all we want you to be more than pleased with both your purchases and your experience in dealing with us.

We take pride in selling and shipping  fine healthy plants using procedures that ensure each plant reaches you just as healthy as it was when it left our nursery.

Contact us as soon as possible if you have a problem or are dissatisfied.  We’ll do our best to make things right.  Including giving you plant care advice, sending replacements, or refunding the purchase price. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Returns of plant material cannot be accepted.

Returns of dry goods must be packed appropriately and sent via an agreed upon method that will ensure their safe return if appropriate.

We cannot accept responsibility for damages caused by circumstances outside our control such as carrier mishandling.
