We take pride in selling and shipping fine healthy plants using procedures that ensure each plant reaches you just as healthy as it was when it left our nursery. For this reason, we rarely receive complaints or refund requests.
Contact Us as soon as possible if you have a problem or are dissatisfied. We’ll do our best to make things right. Including giving you plant care advice, sending replacements, or refunding the purchase price. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Returns of plant material must be made within 5 days of receipt and require our authorization. Shipping charges on returned plants are the buyers responsibility.
Returns must be packed appropriately and sent via an agreed upon method that will ensure their safe return if appropriate.
We cannot accept responsibility for damages caused by circumstances outside our control such as carrier mishandling.
